CLEARING THE FRONT BORDER

I have been out in the garden today for five hours .
I was doing the front border under the tree that i trimmed down on Saturday.
everything was just so overgrown and untidy ,so i have dug out plants and weeded, it really is starting to look well ,it really hasn't had a good dig over in about four years i have also trimmed the hedge that grows up the side ,I'm hoping to be finished it all in the next two weeks .
i shall get my partner at the weekend to replant elsewhere the shrubs that i don't want in that part of the garden,as i feel some of them look out of place as they are too tall .
i would much rather have low growing plants
